Marketplace Questions

How listings, plans and contacting pilots work.

Which plans include a Marketplace listing?
Pro, Business and Enterprise. The free Starter plan does not include a listing.
Does RPAS WILCO take a commission?
No. There are no booking fees and no commission. Clients contact you directly, and you agree on the work and the price between you.
How do clients contact a pilot?
Each profile shows the contact details the pilot chose to share, such as phone, email, website or social links. Booking and payment happen directly between the client and the pilot.
Can I add a service that isn't in the list?
Services come from an approved list so clients can filter reliably. Email us to request a new category and we will review it.
How are pilots ordered in the directory?
The most recently published profiles appear first. The profile strength shown in your dashboard helps you complete your profile but does not change where you appear.
